Addie

Adelyn Whittington, known to most as Addie, is entering her second year in NCFCA and is thrilled for the opportunity to grow and compete once again. In her first season, she participated in Lincoln-Douglas debate, Open and Duo Interpretation, and Impromptu, qualifying to Nationals in LD, Open, and Duo. Outside of speech and debate, Addie enjoys dancing, singing, and spending time with her friends. One of the most valuable lessons she’s learned through NCFCA is to not rely on fleeting successes, but to trust in God’s faithfulness in all circumstances. Addie is deeply thankful for the growth in confidence, wisdom, and friendships through this journey, and she’s excited to see what this next season holds.
