Rebekah Joe
Rebekah has been involved with Legacy and NCFCA since 2014, initially starting as a Legacy Junior watching her older sister compete and timing other competitors. Although she initially disliked speech and debate, she eventually gained an appreciation for the skills, memorable experiences, and close friendships that she has developed through the years. As a rising senior, Rebekah has competed in 9 categories, qualified to the Regional Championship in Lincoln Douglas, Apologetics, and Impromptu, and competed at Nationals in Informative and Persuasive. Outside of school and speech and debate, Rebekah enjoys reading, playing soccer, music, volunteering, traveling, and eating good food. She looks forward to serving others at Legacy and sharing what she’s learned about the power and joy of Christ-like communication with others.
